These two beautiful cats that are in desperate need of a home. The owner is dying of brain cancer and wants them gone! One is 6 years of age and the other 8 years old. They used to be indoors but have now been relegated to the outdoors where it does not look too good. Can anyone offer a shelter space? They can be tested beforehand. They are spayed /neutered. Brooke Tiger cat needs a home

Meet Brooke! She is about 6 months – 1 year old and fully vetted.  Unfortunately she is FELV+ (which was confirmed via IFA testing).  She is healthy with no symptoms at this time. 
 
We thought we had placement for her but the other FELV cat we were going to match her up with unfortunately is a cat-hater and needs to be an only cat.  The decision was made to not place them together because stress for an already immunocompromised FELV cat is not healthy. 
 

Norfolk County Humane Society is Partnering with Petsmart in Newton. Volunteers needed

Hi!  Just got word that NCHS will be partnering with the new Petsmart in Newton that is opening Nov 21.  We will be able to help more organizations and people place their pets if they need our help! Ok to put the word out there for anyone needing assistance.
