Cat placed needs transportation

We have a cat that needs to get from Haverhill to Lowell during any of the following times.  Tues/Wed/Fri 12-4 or Thursday 12-6.  Is there anyone that can help?  The cat is living on the street now but placement has been secured.  Only transport is needed.
