Turtle Needs a Home
(and Playful Friends!)
This is Turtle. He is a nine-month-old kitten with LOTS of energy. Turtle was rescued from a municipal shelter where he was deemed ‘mean’ when he was really just a three-month-old frightened semi-feral kitten. When he went to the vet to be neutered, it was discovered he had an open wound, and therefore had to be quarantined for several months to rule out rabies. Turtle’s quarantine has recently ended and he has been integrated into his foster mom’s home. Unfortunately, he is too much for her other cats to handle and he has to find a new home.
Turtle is sweet and outgoing, and very rambunctious. He LOVES to wrestle and play, and just can’t seem to help himself. He loves other cats, dogs, children, and grown ups. He follows his foster mom around like a dog, and comes when he’s called. He does tend to play rough, so children in his new home should be a little older or cat savvy.
Turtle is neutered, combo tested negative for fiv and feline leukemia, up-to-date on vaccines, and micro-chipped. If you would like to meet Turtle please contact Mary at maryc0529@gmail.com.
