We used PAWS for nine years for our two wonderful “older” dogs – Joey and Mitzi. Both dogs have passed on, but we will be forever grateful for the love and attention that the staff at PAWS gave us. At first, we used PAWS when we traveled, and it was such a relief to know that either a nice young couple or Patty and her daughter were there to take care of our dogs and our home. Moreover, it was so good to know that Joey was happy and calm, rather than shaking and clattering his teeth, as he would do when he got nervous! Later, we were truly fortunate to have the “daily walk” and “overnight” services of Jean Barry. No matter the weather or the situation, Jean was there to lovingly take care of our dogs. If anything happened, we knew that Jean could and would do the right thing. We loved Joey and Mitzi – and it was obvious that Jean loved them too! Thank you, Jean and PAWS, for all that you have done for us, and for being part of our “family”.
